good breakfast breakfast variety clean room poor ventilation heavy noise poor quality
the breakfasts was good and had a lot of variety. kübra, berna, and dincer were very nice at breakfast. the room was clean and the room service worked good. the reception speaks english fine.
the ventilation was not good in the room and i had to open the window. i dont like the road noise outside when window open.

The location proved convenient as the tram station was directly accessible. Daily cleaning was fantastic. The housekeeper ensured my room was super clean EVERY day. I found the breakfast selection decent, with a good variety of options. The staff's helpful attitude contributed significantly to a pleasant experience.
The temperature in the room felt a little high sometimes, even with air conditioning.

limited options faulty air conditioning
My stay wasn't exactly smooth sailing. the breakfast was just... blah. super limited options and not exactly exciting, honestly. also, the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. i couldn't quite get it to a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing or stuffy. annoying, to say the least.

convenient location easy visit glass door limited options
i appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. the tram stop was just across the street, and i found it easy to visit many historical sites. my room was a superior room, and it was clean and well-kept.
The bathroom door in my room was made of glass. this design did not offer much privacy. the breakfast options were quite limited. I expected more variety.

convenient location sewing kit small area limited selection
The location was convenient near the tram line. The room offered a sewing kit, useful. I found it practical to have that available .
The breakfast selection was very limited. The dining area felt small. Staff members were too attentive. They constantly offered assistance. I felt somewhat uncomfortable with this level of service. It didn't feel luxurious.

underwhelming stay
cramped room bland breakfast
the room was clean, i'll give them that.
I must say, the room i booked did not impress. It was supposedly a 'superior room', but felt quite cramped. the view from the window was of a brick wall, and that was after i specifically requested a better view upon check-in. So much for superior. The breakfast selection was also a letdown. everything tasted bland and the coffee was dreadful. Not a great start to the day, i must add.
